Payment Services

Playa Vista Medical Center is contracted with the following Healthplans. We will bill your PPO, EPO, POS and collect your co-payment deductible.

We are also a Medicare provider but we do not accept Medi-Cal. We are not providers under any HMO plans. HMO and Uninsured patients. Fee are payable when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Visa / Master card. We offer cash discounts for HMO and uninsured patients.

For Workers Compensation we are contracted with most of the major Workers Comp carriers including State Fund.

Keep it Simple and Save 

For Patient’s without Insurance, or who are members of HMO’s or out of town visitors we offer a cash patient discount.

We offer our basic services at approximately the same cost as a HMO patients deductible.  
Go to any emergency room and wait 2 – 6 hours to be seen and pay a $100 co-pay.  At Playa Vista Medical Center we can see you within 30 minutes.  X-rays, labs or medications are extra but a simple visit at Playa vista Medical Center can save you time and money.

(including simple form completion IE, sport physical, jury duty or DMV physical)

PACIFIC CARE/ UNITED HEALTH CARE

If you are a Medicare fee for service patient  we are a contracted Medicare provider and will collect your co-pay and bill Medicare.

Proof of payment and photo identification are required.
All fees and charges are based upon the time, amount, and nature of services.
You are responsible for your own insurance benefits. Payment for services rendered to you and /or your dependents will not be delayed or withheld because of pending insurance claims.
If current, accurate insurance and personal information is not provided you will be required to pay for all charges incurred.
We do not provide billing for vaccines (including school, travel, routine) unless your insurance has confirmed this is a covered benefit under your plan.
The adult that brings in a minor is responsible for payment at the time of service. Non-emergency treatment will be denied for unaccompanied minors unless prior payment arrangements have been made.
